About Sponsum
Sponsum is an upcoming hybrid marketplace for the creation, trading, and settlement of financial claims and bills of exchange. Our goal is to bring transparency, autonomy, and trust back into private credit markets — combining classical contract principles with modern decentralized technology. Sponsum is being built as a neutral infrastructure, not as a financial intermediary. It provides tools that allow individuals and businesses to create, sell, or collect claims — whether through conventional legal instruments or blockchain-based smart contracts.
Hybrid Approach
Sponsum will work both with and without smart contracts. Users may secure their claims through traditional guarantees, deposits, or notarization, or opt for digital verification and crypto settlement. This flexibility makes Sponsum accessible to both traditional finance and Web3 participants.
Settlements in Fiat or Crypto
The platform is designed to support multi-currency settlement, allowing claims to be resolved in fiat money via regulated partners or directly in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
Decentralized Trust
At the heart of Sponsum lies a reputation and trust system that enables users to interact responsibly without relying on centralized authorities. Each participant remains independent yet accountable, building credibility through verified activity and transparent agreements.
Currently in Development
Sponsum is currently under development as a browser-based MVP (Minimum Viable Product). The project aims to provide a secure, jurisdiction-aware, and scalable foundation for decentralized financial cooperation.
